The Jackson House Event Venue Packages
Jackson House Event Rental
The Jackson House Indoor Event Rental is a 7 Hour rental to include setup and breakdown. Rental includes the use of 12 Round Tables and 5 chairs to each round table. 4 six-foot tables are availables for additional use as needed. Rental amount is $500 per event. (The bar area can only be used if the Bartender Package has been added on to your rental) If you would like to bring your own alcohol on the grounds and inside the Jackson House without adding the Bartending Package, the cost will be $200.00. The Kitchen is available for your use. Per Fire Code NO COOKING in the Jackson House Kitchen. At the end of your rental evening, you the client are responsible for cleaning of the venue (Sweeping the floors and removing all trash brought in to the building). Trash receptacles area available for your use in the rear of the building. Due to COVID -19 Protocols of the State of South Carolina. The client must provide hand sanitizer and masks for guest during the event. These items must be present at each entrance of the building. The venue is cleaned and properly sanitized prior to your use of the building.
Outdoor Event Use:
· The Rental of the Jackson House Grounds is additional for outdoor Weddings and Garden Socials. Outdoor Wedding to include a wedding area and or arbor along with 50 white wedding chairs for your guest. This is $250.00 (Must be accompanied by the Jackson House rental amount of $500.00)
· Not to include tables and chairs is $150.00(Must be accompanied by the Jackson House rental amount of $500.00)
King & Queens Events
· Standard Package: Round Table Cloths for 12 Round Tables, Cloths for 4 Six foot for tables, Chair Covers that include sashes. Amount is $300.00
· Silver Package: Round Table Cloths for 12 Round Tables, Cloths for 4 Six foot for tables, Table Centerpieces Candle/ Florals/ Runners. Chair Covers that include sashes. Silver or Gold Charger Plates, Cloth Napkins w/napkin holders, Back Ground Draping. $500.00
· Gold Package: Round Table Cloths for 12 Round Tables, Cloths for 4 Six-foot tables for gifts, etc. With centerpieces, Table Centerpieces Candles/ Bling Silver Tower Centerpiece w/Florals. White or Black Chair Covers that include sashes. Silver or Gold Charger Plates, Cloth Napkins w/Bling napkin holders, Shimmer Gold or Silver Back Ground Draping. 4 Tall Boy Cocktail Tables and Cloths $1000.00
Bartending at the Jackson House with Corks and Cocktails
Bartending Package Includes: Corks & Cocktails Bartending Service by The Jackson House: The client provides all beer, wine and spirits. Corks & Cocktails Bartending Service will make sure everything else is taken care of so you can enjoy your event. From setup to clean up of the bar area.
· Bar Options Includes: Full Bar Mobile Service $400.00 Full Bar in House (at The Jackson House) $300.00 Price for bar and Bartender is based on a 5-hour event.
· Prices based on events with a minimum and Maximum of 50 guests.
· Bartender will be per every 50 guests.
· A professionally attired bartender.
· Bar napkins, stir straws, disposable drinkware, garnishes, ice and bar equipment.
· Chasers: Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Lemonade, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemons, and Limes.
· Choice of Basic White, Black, 6ft Bar or House Bar Option
· Mobile Bar Service: Traveling distance of 15 miles (maximum) from Allendale included (additional charges past maximum limit).
Limited Bar Service: A professionally attired bartender for 5 Hour event at the Jackson House $150.00. Mobile Bartender for another location $200.00.
· The client provides all beer, wine, spirits, chasers and garnishments for drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Lemonade, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemons, and Limes).
